Since childhood I have been completely focused on being a physician, and my love for the practice of medicine is as strong as ever. My staff and I value our relationships with our patients and our colleagues as they truly represent our families. We stick to those issues we can help with the most – consultation in endocrinology for adults.

Clinical Research
Over 30 years of clinical research studies have included most of the major innovations in diabetes. These have contributed to the betterment of life of people with diabetes and their families, and it continues to be a major interest of the group.
Lectures
Dr. Einhorn has given hundreds of lectures nationally on diabetes, thyroid, sleep disorders, clinical guidelines, and as incoming President of the American College of Endocrinology presenting to other societies. Some examples which are easily accessible:

Publications:
He is Editor of Clinics of North American for Type 2 Diabetes, Editor for Type 2 Diabetes in a Time of Pandemic for The Royal Society of Medicine Press, and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Diabetes. He consults to government, industry, and the media. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and The American College of Endocrinology. He serves on the Board of the La Jolla Playhouse.
He Co-Chaired the national consensus conferences on insulin resistance syndrome and on pre-diabetes, which he will be discussing tonight, and has authored many monographs on these subjects.
